Mikail Olayiwola Olaniran is a Principal Lecturer and Head, Department of Estate Management and Valuation, The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro. He is an associate member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyor and Valuer in Nigeria and a registered member of Estate Surveyor and Valuer .He has published a book on Professional practice in Nigeria. He worked briefly with Estate firm of Biodun Obisesan & Co. before joining the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro in 2000.
